These terms govern your use of Presetly (the "Service"), operated by Atlantis Services ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Presetly provides configuration presets for Minecraft server software, a website, and a plugin that can apply presets to a server you control. Presets are provided for convenience and are not a guarantee of any particular result.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the servers you link.
- You may only link servers you own or are authorised to administer.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or abuse the Service.
3. Using presets and the plugin
- The plugin changes configuration files on your server. We take backups before every change, but you are responsible for your own server, data and backups.
- Review what a preset does before applying it. Do not use TEST presets on a production server.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it to harm others.
4. Plans, payments and refunds
- The Free plan is limited as described on the pricing page. Pro costs the price shown at checkout.
- Card subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel in Settings; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Crypto payments are prepaid for the period you choose and do not renew. Send the exact amount shown before the invoice expires.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a period has started. Contact us if something went wrong.
5. Founder offer
The first 50 accounts created after launch receive one month of Pro at no charge, activated automatically at sign-up. It is limited to one per person, has no cash value, does not renew into a paid plan, and we may withhold it from accounts created to abuse the offer.
6. Presets are provided as-is
Presets marked "unverified" have not been tested on a real server. Review the files before applying them. Preset content is starter configuration; plugin versions change, and a preset may not suit your setup.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and branding belong to Atlantis Services. Presets are licensed to you for use on servers you operate. You may not resell or redistribute the preset catalogue.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantis Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or server downtime arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination, governing law and contact
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us; we may suspend access for breaches of these terms.
