Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 November 2026

Atlantis Services ("we", "us") runs Presetly. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address (and Discord ID and name if you sign in with Discord), and when you signed up.
  • Server data: for each linked server, its name, platform (for example Paper or Velocity), server and Minecraft version, plugin version, the names and versions of installed plugins, and when it last connected. The plugin never uploads your configuration files.
  • Usage data: which presets you copy, download or push, push history and results, and your usage counters.
  • Visitor limits: to enforce the free limit for visitors without an account we use a signed cookie and a salted hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.
  • Payments: payment status, amounts and receipts. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Crypto payments go through a self-hosted BTCPay Server; we see the invoice and transaction status.
  • Founder offer: whether your account received the founder offer and its expiry date.
  • Technical logs: standard server logs used for security and debugging.

How we use it

To run the Service: sign you in, show compatible presets, deliver pushes to your servers, take payments, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account (for example sign-in links, receipts and renewal reminders). We do not sell your data and do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie when you are signed in and a signed visitor cookie for the free usage limit. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser also stores a small copy of your signed-in status (email, plan) in local storage so the header does not flicker between pages; signing out clears it.

Who we share data with

  • Infrastructure providers that host the Service (Cloudflare, our server host and database).
  • Payment providers (Stripe for cards; our own BTCPay Server for crypto).
  • Email delivery providers, to send sign-in links and receipts.
  • Authorities, if legally required.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account exists and payment records as long as required for accounting. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Unlinking a server on the website revokes its token immediately.

Security

Session and server tokens are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and the plugin can only write inside the folders described in the docs. No system is perfectly secure; tell us if you find a problem.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above. Questions: [email protected].
